The Best Cookie Dough Ice Cream Ever
Looking for an ice cream that is not only delicious, but also super easy? This ice cream recipe is even better with the addition of the cookie dough bites! Straight from the Pilsbury's Eat or Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar, granulated
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups cookie dough bites Pilsbury Eat or Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Prep the cookie dough bites by removing small pieces from the main cookie dough roll. You can create little bite size portions by rolling them or just leaving them like little chunks.
Add all the ingredients, minus the cookie dough bites, to a large bowl and whisk until well mixed. Then stir in the cookie dough bites.
If you aren't ready to make the ice cream right away, you can place in the refrigerator to chill. If you are ready, pour the mixture into the chilled ice cream canister.
Prep the ice cream maker with the ice and rock salt. Turn on the machine and let it churn for at least 1 hour. Once the ice cream has set, you can remove from the canister and pour into a storage container. Place in the freezer until you are ready to enoy!
