Oatmeal Granola Bars
Homemade Oatmeal Granola Bars have not been so easy to make until now. Not only are these easy but are so delicious! A win for this family.

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Heat butter and honey until butter is melted; I did all of this in the microwave but can be done on stove top
  3. Add rest of ingredients to the butter/honey mixture and mix well
  4. Pour oatmeal mixture in a lined pan (I chose to go with 8×8 for thicker bars) and press down.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes. Then allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Once the pan has completely cooled, place in refrigerator for 1 hour. This will allow for all the ingredients to come together and to form the granola bars.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and cut into bars. Store these in an air tight container for 1 week. Can be kept at room temperature.
