  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Mash the 2 bananas with a fork
  3. Add all the other ingredients to the mashed bananas and mix well until combined
  4. Scoop about 2 tablespoons onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. You should get about 10 macaroons from the mixture.
  5. Bake the macaroons for 13 minutes; cool for 5 minutes…enjoy!
Recipe Notes

This recipe is for ‘healthy’ coconut macaroons. If you want them to taste a little sweeter, you can use sweetened coconut flakes instead of the unsweetened coconut flakes. You can also add 1 tablespoon of honey 🙂

These freeze well for up to 1 month!
